Dala Foods Nigeria Limited is a Kano-based indigenous food processing company specialising in Northern Nigerian staple foods, including dambu nama, kilishi (spiced dried meat), groundnut products, tom-brown cereal, and other traditional Hausa foods packaged for modern retail markets. Dala Foods has pioneered the commercialisation and packaging of Northern Nigerian heritage foods for Nigerian and diaspora markets and operates production facilities in Kano.
