How this platform works Written for somebody who has never seen this platform before. Read it in order and you should be able to use it without anybody sitting beside you.
Every page here was checked against the platform itself rather than against a plan for it, and where something looks built and is not, the page says so instead of leaving it out. That is the part worth trusting: a guide that only describes what works would not tell you which of the buttons on your screen will not do anything.
Read this before you plan around anything
Some things on this platform are finished screens with nothing behind them yet. The biggest ones have a page of their own:
Financial templates : Built, gated and reachable, and never once run by anybody. This page says what is there and stops short of describing output nobody has seen.Smaller limits are called out in grey boxes on the page they belong to. There are more of them than there are entries in this list.
Getting started What this platform is, and what an account gets you.
Finding and following opportunities Searching the board, reading a record properly, and keeping track of what you are working on.
Finding a tenderHas a limit The board, the seven filters, what each sort order actually does, and saving a search so it comes back to you. Reading a tender properlyHas a limit Key Information, the sections that are the buyer's own words, the deadline, and the three honest states of the documents section. Saving, tracking and being toldHas a limit Your dashboard: saved items, the application tracker, matching, the deadline calendar, the re-tender radar and alerts.
The AI tools One page each. Every page says what the tool reads, what it will refuse to say, and what it costs you.
The AI tools: what they are and what they refuseHas a limit Nine tools in two places, what each one reads, the rule that stops them inventing figures, and which of them nobody has ever run. Assess a tender or a funding callWorks today The one AI tool on the free tier. It reads a notice and its documents, asks you what they cannot answer, and scores your chances. Analyse a documentHas a limit The same engine as Assess, pointed at a document. Read this before you go looking for an upload button, because there is not one. Bid readiness: can I bid on this?Has a limit Reads a tender's own documents and sorts what it asks of you into four groups, including the one that would rule you out. Buyer intelligenceHas a limit What a buyer has actually bought, from the award archive. Every figure can be opened and traced back to individual awards. The match scoutHas a limit Reads the notices themselves rather than the ranking, quotes why each one fits, and puts what it finds on your tracker. It can be taken back. The proposal generatorHas a limit Drafts a response to a notice this platform already holds, with a compliance matrix quoted word for word. Read the warning about losing your draft first. The business plan writerHas a limit Writes a plan from your records and your answers, then shows you every figure it took back out for want of support. The pitch deck builderHas a limit Builds a deck for one named investor out of their own record, and throws the whole deck away rather than hand you a generic one. Market researchHas a limit A preliminary report on one sector in one country, built only out of records this platform holds, with the search counts shown. Financial templatesNot usable yet Built, gated and reachable, and never once run by anybody. This page says what is there and stops short of describing output nobody has seen.
Working with other people Drafts, colleagues, and the wall between a shared workspace and your own documents.
Your own records Claiming a company, correcting what is published, and asking for a page to be taken down.
For staff The review queue, what approving actually publishes, and how this portal is corrected. Not part of the member area.
Every count and every statement about what is switched on was measured against this platform on 7 September 2026. Counts move. Where a page prints one it also prints that date, so you can see how old it is. If something here disagrees with what is on your screen, the screen is right and the page needs correcting: see how this portal is kept true .
