Saving, tracking and being told

Signing in gives you a menu of fourteen screens down the left of /account. Every row is a live link, including the ones your plan does not carry. That is on purpose: opening a row you have not paid for shows you a page explaining what the feature is and what it would cost, rather than an error or a greyed out line.

On any opportunity, press Save for later. The band is replaced by "This is on your saved list." with a link to it. On Saved each item is listed by its own title with a Remove control beside it.

Saving is a bookmark and nothing more. It sends you nothing and it does not change what you are alerted about.

The tracker is where a tender stops being something you read and becomes something you are working on. Press Track this application on the record. The entry then carries a status, a reminder date and a notes box of your own.

The tracker is also the doorway to two other things. Bid readiness can only read tenders that are already on your tracker, and inviting a colleague is done on a tracker entry rather than on a document. Both are on Working on a proposal.

Matching ranks open opportunities against what you have told the platform you are looking for. It is available on the free tier.

It uses exactly what you enter on Profile and interests and nothing else. Nothing is inferred from what you read, click or search. That is stated on the profile screen itself, and it means an empty match list almost always means an empty profile.

On top of the ranked list sits the scout, which is a separate Insider feature that reads the notices themselves rather than the ranking. It has its own page.

Below it is a section headed "Put these dates in your own calendar". On Insider you can press Create my calendar address and get a private address you paste into Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar so the deadlines appear there. The address is shown once, so copy it when it appears. On the free tier that section prints the refusal and a link to /pricing instead.

The radar looks at the contract award archive and works out when a contract that has been awarded is likely to be tendered again, so you can prepare before the notice appears rather than after. It needs Insider.

The screen opens with a box in the platform's own words about what the radar can and cannot know, and it is worth reading. An expectation is an inference from a past award, not an announcement. Some rows say "Buyer not named on the award", which is an honest gap in the archive rather than a missing feature.

One checkbox, "Email me when new opportunities match my interests", and a cadence of "As they appear", "Daily digest" or "Weekly digest". This is also where a saved search is given its cadence.
