The proposal generator

Drafts a response to a notice this platform already holds, with a compliance matrix quoted word for word. Read the warning about losing your draft first.

The proposal generator drafts a response to a notice this platform already holds. It reads the notice and its attached documents first, asks you the things the notice cannot tell it about you, and returns a draft in titled sections with a compliance matrix: one row per stated requirement, each quoted from the notice word for word, with what your response says about it.

What it reads

  • The notice you choose, including its attached document pack.
  • Your answers to the questions it puts to you before it writes.
  • What is on your company profile and your saved facts, where those exist.

What it will not say

  • It will not paraphrase a requirement in the compliance matrix. Every requirement is quoted from the notice word for word, so you can check the matrix against the buyer's own document.
  • It will not invent a figure about your company. Where you have not given it a number, the draft names the missing figure rather than carrying a plausible one.
  • It will not submit anything. Nothing you write here reaches the buyer; see Reading a tender.

What it costs

  • Insider only. Signed out, the screen shows a "Sign in to use" card with no input box. On the free tier it names the feature and links to /pricing.
  • One AI request from your daily allowance per draft. Because there is no revise, an edit means another whole run and another request.
  • Your attention, because the output is not stored. See the warning above.

Running it

  1. Open Proposal Generator. The heading reads "Draft a response to a notice we already hold".
  2. Choose the notice. The picker offers openings this platform holds; you cannot paste in a notice of your own.
  3. Answer the questions it asks about you and your company.
  4. Generate. Read the compliance matrix against the notice before you read the prose.
  5. Get the draft out of the browser.
