Where it is
Analyse a documentWhat the screen is for, then, is pointing the Assess engine at a document that is attached to a record rather than at the record as a whole. It is the same tool, the same allowance and the same refusals.
What it reads
- A document already attached to a published record on this platform, addressed by its web address.
- Whatever structured facts came with that record.
- Your own answers to the questions it asks.
What it will not say
- It will not read a file from your computer, because there is nowhere to put one.
- It will not describe a document it could not open. Scanned images have no text to read, and it names the file and says so rather than guessing.
- Every other refusal on the Assess page applies here unchanged, because it is the same engine.
What it costs
- Included on the free tier, like Assess.
- One AI request from your daily allowance when you press the run button. The questions step costs nothing.
Two links on the screen offer Browse open tenders and Browse open funding calls, which is the practical way to find a document you can point it at.
