Fairview Wine and Cheese

Fairview is a renowned South African wine and cheese producer based in Paarl, Western Cape, founded in 1937 and famous for producing the "Goats do Roam" wine brand (a cheeky reference to Côtes du Rhône that became one of South Africa's most successful wine exports). Fairview also produces an award-winning range of farmstead cheeses from goat and cow milk, and operates a popular farm restaurant and tasting room. The Back family has owned and operated Fairview for multiple generations, representing a classic South African agrarian family business.
