Green Africa Airways is a Nigerian low-cost airline founded in 2019 by Babawande Afolabi (a Nigerian entrepreneur and former Morgan Stanley investment banker). Headquartered in Lagos, Green Africa operates domestic scheduled flights using a fleet of ATR 72-600 turboprop aircraft and has positioned itself as Nigeria's first true low-cost carrier (LCC), serving routes from Lagos to Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri, and other Nigerian cities at lower fares than legacy carriers.
