Motheo Construction Group

Motheo Construction Group is a leading South African black-owned construction company founded in 1997 by Dr Thandi Ndlovu, a trailblazing South African businesswoman, medical doctor, and anti-apartheid activist (Dr Ndlovu was tragically killed in a car accident in 2019). The company is one of the largest black women-owned construction firms in South Africa, specialising in low-cost and affordable housing projects for government and private developers, and has delivered tens of thousands of housing units across South Africa. The company continues under Ndlovu family leadership.
