Niger Delta E&P

Niger Delta Exploration and Production PLC (NDEP) is a pioneering indigenous Nigerian oil and gas exploration and production company based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Founded in 1992 by Layi Fatona (also co-founder of ND Western Limited and former Seplat advisor), NDEP operates the Ogbele marginal oil field and associated gas processing plant, and has been one of the earliest successful Nigerian indigenous E&P operators, setting a template for indigenous marginal field development.
