SPAR Nigeria is the Nigerian operation of global supermarket franchise SPAR International, operated under license by Artee Group (founded by the Khanna family). SPAR Nigeria operates more than 15 modern hypermarkets and supermarkets across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other major Nigerian cities, offering groceries, fresh produce, household goods, fashion, electronics, and household appliances to middle-class and upper-middle-class shoppers. The company is one of the leading formal retail chains in Nigeria alongside Shoprite (which exited Nigeria in 2021 and was acquired by Ketron Investments), Game (which exited Nigeria in 2022), and Ebeano.
