The Bomb Shelter Productions

The Bomb Shelter is a South African film and television production company founded by director Teboho Mahlatsi and producer Desiree Markgraaff, responsible for some of South Africa's most critically acclaimed television and film productions including "Yizo Yizo" (the groundbreaking 1990s SABC TV series about township education), "Zone 14", "Jerusalema", and documentary films. The Bomb Shelter represents a generation of South African independent filmmakers telling authentic South African stories from a post-apartheid black perspective.
