The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is the leading infrastructure development finance institution in Southern Africa, operating across South Africa and the broader SADC region. DBSA provides project finance, syndicated loans, equity investments, and credit guarantees for infrastructure projects in water, energy, transport, ICT, and social infrastructure. The bank also supports SME development with a focus on B-BBEE-aligned businesses and women-led enterprises. DBSA partners with AfDB, World Bank, EIB, and KfW on co-financed infrastructure projects.
