Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program (Libya)

The U.S. Department of State is offering funding through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program to support projects that strengthen U.S.-Libya relations and promote shared prosperity and stability.

Applicants may include U.S. and foreign non-profit organizations, educational institutions, individuals, and public international or governmental organizations. Organizations must have a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be registered on SAM.gov.
