Blacks Brewery & Distillery, established in 2013 by husband and wife team Sam and Maud Black, is a microbrewery and distillery based in Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland. The company has expanded its product range to include beer, gin, rum, and whiskey, with a focus on producing high-quality spirits that reflect the rich heritage of Irish distilling. Their whiskey offerings include limited edition casks, single malt, and pot still varieties, aged in various cask types such as ex-bourbon, sherry, and rum casks.
