In September 2025, Sanofi committed an additional $625 million to Sanofi Ventures, increasing its total assets under management to over $1.4 billion. The fund's evergreen structure allows it to invest in early-stage companies that are too early to partner with or acquire, serving as an entry point to the innovation ecosystem for Sanofi. The fund's strategic importance is highlighted by its recent performance, including three realized exits in 2024 with a combined acquisition value of $3.25 billion.
