He is the principal shareholder and founder of Prime Marine Group, serving as Chief Executive Officer since 1999. Prime Marine is a leading international product tanker and gas carrier management company with a fleet of modern vessels. Additionally, Mr. Topouzoglou is a founding partner of Energean PLC, an independent exploration and production company focused on developing gas resources in the Mediterranean. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Athens, Greece. In 2025, Mr. Topouzoglou co-founded Homerun Investments S.A., a private investment firm focusing on capital management services, investment advice, and related activities. The firm has invested in multiple startups and has a diverse portfolio across various sectors, including energy, shipping, real estate, technology, healthcare, and more. Homerun Investments S.A. is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
