Top Seeds Lab is a Spanish accelerator and early-stage venture capital firm specializing in TravelTech startups. Founded in 2012 by Ignacio Macias, the firm has accelerated numerous startups and invested in over 40 through various investment vehicles. It is the only Spanish accelerator affiliated with the prestigious Global Accelerator Network (GAN) and has received multiple awards. In 2015, Dr. Javier González-Soria joined as CEO, refocusing the firm exclusively on TravelTech. Under his leadership, Top Seeds Lab offers an acceleration program that includes Vertical Mentoring, providing startups with guidance in areas such as marketing, administration and finance, IT, performance metrics, financing, and business development. The program also offers initial financing of €50,000 in cash. The firm has established a world-class Advisory Board comprising over 80 significant travel and digital companies, represented at the C-level. This board assesses industry challenges and identifies promising technological solutions. Top Seeds Lab's alignment with TRAVEL TECH 1 SCR ensures access to GAN's operating procedures, direct engagement with the Advisory Board, and participation in agreements with organizations like the UN World Tourism Organization, facilitating connections between limited partners and industry leaders.
