VentureClash

VentureClash is a global investment challenge organized by Connecticut Innovations, focusing on early-stage digital health and FinTech companies. The initiative identifies disruptive, venture-backable companies with a readiness to expand their business by opening an office in Connecticut, USA, to pitch in front of a panel of prestigious judges including key industry leaders, venture capital executives, and members of the local ecosystem. The presenting companies have the opportunity to pitch in front of key members from the Connecticut delegation and receive funding assistance to visit Connecticut for a trip to meet with other key ecosystem leaders and potential co-investors in the state.

Companies must have been in business for at least 12 months, Have paying customers or customers who are actively testing the applicant's product, Have a compelling business reason to create a Connecticut presence, Be focused in digital health, financial technology (fintech), insurance technology (insurtech) or Internet of Things (including energy cost reduction technologies)
