Component 1
Catalyzing Private Capital for Green, Resilient and Inclusive Housing Value Chains: This component will support the establishment and capitalization of the GHVC Fund as a ring-fenced special purpose vehicle (SPV) within TDB Group and provision of de-risking products to Partner Financial Intermediaries (PFIs), which in turn finance various actors in the value chain for green, resilient and inclusive (GRI) housing, including developers, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers of housing technologies and materials. 2.2

Technical Assistance: This component, whose funds will be ringfenced and implemented by the GHVC Fund, will address key institutional and technical capacity gaps within TDB and the GHVC Fund to adequately meet the GHVC Fund’s mandate. It will focus on: (a) capacity building for the GHVC Fund, PFIs,
