Procurement regulations
The consulting services to be procured through open international competitive procurement include: a) Consulting services for legal and tax structuring of a DRE investment platform b) Consulting services for legal assistance to draft and negotiate legal agreements to invest in Child Funds c) Consulting services for Strategic, Technical and Financial Advisory Services d) Consulting Services for Digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (D-MRV) Systems e) Environmental and Social (E&S) Specialist f) Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist h) DRE Investment Specialist/Officer Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (First Published, July 2016 and Revised Sixth Edition February 2025) (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
