Requirements & Qualifications

Les soumissionnaires intéressés et éligibles peuvent obtenir le document et les informations en formulant une demande auprès de l’adresse mail coordonnateur.composante3fss@gmail.com et rpm.composante3fss@gmail.com à l’intention de Monsieur Le Coordonnateur du Projet FSR Composante-3, en mentionnant clairement les coordonnées complètes du Soumissionnaire (raisons sociales, adresse, email, téléphone) du lundi au vendredi de huit (08h00) à seize (16h00) heures. Toutes les offres doivent être accompagnées d’une garantie de soumission, valable pendant cent vingt (120) jour après la date d’ouverture des plis fixée, d’un montant de NEUF CENT MILLE ARIARY (MGA 900 000,00), conformément aux dispositions du dossier de cotation. Elle doit être présentée sous l’une des formes suivantes : Soit par chèque de banque libellé à l’ordre du Projet Filets de Sécurité et de Résilience Composante -3, soit par caution bancaire.
