Les soumissionnaires devront joindre à leurs offres, les pièces administratives suivantes en cours de validité : • Le numéro d’Identification Unique (NIU) ; • Le SCIEN et le SCIET ; • L’attestation de registre du commerce et de crédit mobilier (RCCM) ; • La patente en cours de validité ; • Le certificat de non-redevance fiscale ; • Un certificat de non faillite ; • Un Certificat de moralité fiscale ; • Un Certificat de Résidence Fiscale ; • L’attestation de non-imposition ; • Le quitus de la CNSS.
