Acquisition des kits scolaires aux enfants vulnérables du Préscolaire, du fondamental et du post fondamental des provinces Buhumuza et Butanyerera (2 lots)

The Burundian Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research, through the Human Capital Development Project (PDCH), is inviting bids for the supply of school kits for vulnerable children at preschool, fundamental and post-fundamental levels in Buhumuza and Butanyerera provinces. The procurement is funded through World Bank credit IDA-D8580-BI and is split into two lots, one for preschool kits and one for fundamental and post-fundamental level kits. Bidders may submit for one or both lots and may be awarded both if they meet cumulative conditions. The process follows national open bidding procedures under the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers, September 2023 edition. Bidding documents in French can be obtained upon a non-refundable payment split between two designated bank accounts at the Bank of the Republic of Burundi. Interested and eligible bidders can request information and collect documents from the PDCH project implementation unit in Bujumbura. The notice sets out submission conditions, including that electronic submission is not permitted, late bids will be rejected, and a bid opening will take place publicly on the closing date. Bidders must include a bid security declaration valid for a specified period beyond bid validity.
