Requirements & Qualifications

La participation à la concurrence est ouverte à toutes les personnes physiques ou morales pour autant qu’elles ne soient pas sous le coup d’interdiction ou de suspension et en règle vis-à-vis de l’administration. Les offres présentées en un (01) original et trois (03) copies, devront parvenir ou être remises sous plis fermés. Votre offre devra comprendre : la lettre de soumission adressée à Monsieur le Coordonnateur du Programme ; l’attestation de situation fiscale en cours de validité ; l’attestation d’inscription au registre du commerce et de crédit mobilier ; le cadre de devis quantitatif et estimatif dûment rempli, daté et signé ; le bordereau des prix unitaires dûment rempli, daté et signé ; les prescriptions techniques dûment complétées par le soumissionnaire. Une garantie de soumission est exigée, en FCFA ou dans une monnaie librement convertible : Lot 1 : quinze mille (15 000) F CFA ; Lot 2 : vingt-deux mille (22 000) F CFA ; Lot 3 : quarante-trois mille (43 000) F CFA. Les soumissionnaires resteront engagés par leurs offres pour un délai minimum de soixante (60) jours, à compter de la date limite de remise des plis.
