Supply Deployment and Support of Cybersecurity and IT Network Continuity Solutions for the 2026 AfDB Annual Meetings

The African Development Bank Group is procuring cybersecurity and IT network continuity solutions for its 2026 Annual Meetings, the flagship governance event of the Bank attended by AfDB Governors (typically Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors of member states), Heads of State, development partners, civil society and thousands of delegates. The Annual Meetings require highly resilient and secure network infrastructure for plenary sessions, governance proceedings, donor pledging, media operations and side events. The successful bidder will deploy security tooling (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, endpoint protection, WiFi security, VPN), provide network continuity (redundant links, failover) and on-site SOC support across the duration of the meetings.

Pre-event design of cybersecurity and network architecture for the 2026 Annual Meetings venue. Procurement and deployment of perimeter security (NGFW, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection). Endpoint security deployment for AfDB and event devices. Secure WiFi deployment with role-based access. Network continuity with redundant uplinks and failover. On-site SOC team for the duration of the meetings. Real-time monitoring and incident response. Post-event teardown and report.
