The selected agency will deliver comprehensive video, photography, livestreaming and content production across all official sessions, side events, press conferences and the AfDB Pavilion, producing assets for AfDB website, social channels, press releases, donor reporting and the AfDB media library. This is a high-visibility assignment requiring an experienced events multimedia team with broadcast-quality equipment.

Pre-event production planning including shotlists, story angles and editorial coordination with AfDB Communications. Multi-camera video coverage of plenary sessions, parallel sessions and high-profile bilateral meetings. Photography of key moments, delegations and the AfDB Pavilion. Daily highlight reels for social media. Livestreaming of selected sessions. Press conference video and audio capture. Post-event editing of feature videos, success stories and donor reports. Delivery of all raw and edited assets in agreed formats. Compliance with AfDB visual identity guidelines.
