Production of Multimedia Success Stories for the 2026 Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank

The African Development Bank Group is procuring the production of multimedia success stories showcasing the impact of selected AfDB-financed projects across the continent, to be launched during the 2026 AfDB Annual Meetings. The assignment requires field production in multiple AfDB regional member countries, capturing beneficiary voices, project results and Bank value-add through high-quality video, photography and written narrative formats. The successful agency will work closely with AfDB Communications and operations departments to identify, plan, produce and deliver 6-12 success stories suitable for plenary presentation, donor briefings and public release.

Story selection in coordination with AfDB Communications and operations departments. Pre-production research, scripting and field logistics. Field production in selected AfDB regional member countries (typically 6-12 country missions). Interviews with project beneficiaries, government counterparts and AfDB project teams. Photography and B-roll capture. Post-production editing of video stories, photo essays and written narratives. Multilingual deliverables (English, French, Portuguese, Arabic where relevant). Quality assurance, AfDB approval and final delivery.
