Project Scope:
Full-scale engineering construction for the dualization of 45km of highway.
Deliverables:
Full-scale engineering construction for the dualization of 45km of highway.
Deliverables:
- Earthworks, site clearance, and sub-base stabilization.
- Laying of asphaltic concrete (binder and wearing courses).
- Construction of 3 reinforced concrete bridges and 12 culverts.
- Installation of solar-powered street lighting and road signage.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualification Criteria:
- Registration: Must be registered with the BPP National Database.
- Financial: Average annual construction turnover of NGN 5 Billion.
- Equipment: Proof of ownership of asphalt plants, pavers, and heavy excavators.
- Personnel: Project Manager must be a COREN registered Civil Engineer with 15+ years experience.
