APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO MANAGE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS ON BEHALF OF NFVF FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS
The National Film and Video Foundation of South Africa has gone to market for a service provider to run its communications work, covering both inward-facing and outward-facing activity, for a term of thirty-six months. That makes it relevant to agencies and consultancies with a communications offering able to sustain a three-year appointment, and to anyone tracking how public entities in the film and video space buy such services. The published fields are thin: they establish the subject of the appointment, the issuing organisation and the length of the contract, and nothing further. The notice does not say what the provider would produce, which channels or audiences it would handle, what budget is attached, what qualifications or prior experience bidders must show, or what a submission has to contain. Anyone intending to respond will need the bid document itself to find those terms.
