Scope of Work

Les services de consultant (« les Services ») comprennent le « RECRUTEMENT D’UN CABINET D’AUDIT EXTERNE INDEPENDANT-AUDIT DU PPA ET DES EXERCICES 2027,2028 ET 2029 ». Les Termes de Référence (TdRs) sont disponibles à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessous. La Commission Nationale des Travaux d’Intérêt Public pour la Promotion de l’Entreprenariat et de l’Emploi (CN-TIPPEE) invite dès à présent les consultants admissibles (« Consultants ») à faire part de leur intérêt à fournir les services décrits ci-dessous. Les consultants intéressés doivent fournir les informations démontrant qu’ils possèdent les qualifications requises et une expérience pertinente pour l’exécution desdits services (à travers une lettre de motivation adressée au Secrétaire Permanent). Les critères de sélection sont les suivants : Profil et qualifications de l’auditeur externe Le consultant devra être un cabinet d’audit et d’expertise comptable indépendant, faisant profession habituelle de réviser les comptes, régulièrement inscrit au tableau d’un Ordre des Experts-Comptables reconnu sur le plan international par l’IFAC ou la FIDEF, ayant une expérience confirmée en audit financier de projets de développement et acceptable par la Banque mondiale.
