Scope of Work

Fund Setup:
EIB is seeking a fund manager for a new EUR 50M Blue Economy SME facility.
Responsibilities:

Sourcing and due diligence of sustainable fisheries and ocean-tech startups.
Investment structuring (Equity and Debt).
Monitoring impact KPIs (Ocean health, carbon sequestration).
Technical assistance to portfolio companies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements:

Fund management firms with 10+ years experience in Impact Investing.
Strong track record in the blue economy or maritime sector.
Bilingual team (English and French).
Presence in West or East Africa is mandatory.
