Design and Construction of the basic infrastructure of the Caala Logistics Platform

Scope of Work

A complete set of the RFP Document comprises 3 volumes: Volume I: Technical reports (Civil, Hydraulic, Electrical, ICT); Volume II: Technical Design Drawings (Civil, Hydraulic, Electrical, ICT); Volume III: Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Detailed cost breakdown by discipline.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proposals, both the Technical Part and the Financial Part, must be delivered to the address given on or before 10:00 am (local time) on October 28, 2026. Electronic Procurement will not be permitted. Late Proposals will be rejected. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal-Securing Declaration, as per the attached format. The RFP process is open to all eligible Proposers under the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers of September 2025. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful Proposer's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the RFP document.
