MIONJO, Madagascar's National Project Management Unit for the Resilient Livelihoods Support Project in the South of Madagascar, is seeking quotations for the supply of computer equipment, technical equipment and office furniture, split into two lots: Lot 1 for computer equipment and Lot 2 for office furniture. The procurement is financed through a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) and is intended to pay for equipment and materials for land tenure offices (guichets fonciers). The process follows national competitive bidding under the World Bank's procurement regulations for Investment Project Financing borrowers, sixth edition, September 2025, and is open to bidders from eligible countries. Interested and eligible bidders can request the quotation documents in French by email, specifying the subject and number of the request, and documents will also be published on MIONJO's website. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. Electronic submission of offers is not permitted, and late offers will not be accepted. Offers will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives and other attendees at the stated address in Antananarivo.
