Turnkey Construction: 15 Science and Technology Laboratories

Construction and furnishing of modern science laboratories in the Oromia and Amhara regions. Scope: 1. Full civil works including foundation, roofing, and interior finishing. 2. Installation of specialized chemical-resistant lab benches and plumbing systems. 3. Installation of solar-powered backup lighting and ventilation systems. 4. Supply of basic lab equipment (microscopes, gas burners, safety kits) as per national curriculum standards.

1. Contractors must be registered with the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction (MUDC) under GC/BC Grade 4 and above. 2. Valid trade license for the current Ethiopian fiscal year. 3. Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) and VAT registration. 4. Equipment: Must provide proof of ownership/lease for essential construction equipment (concrete mixers, dump trucks). 5. Financial: Letter of intent for credit line from a recognized bank.
