Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for Supply of Goods Works and Services

Family Bank, one of the leading commercial banks in Kenya focused on SMEs and retail customers, has issued a Supplier Prequalification call for the 2026-2027 supply period. Prequalification covers a wide range of goods, works and services categories needed by the bank including ICT, banking equipment, security, marketing, professional services, construction, facilities management and others. Suppliers selected through prequalification join the approved supplier panel and may be invited to participate in subsequent RFQ/RFP processes during the period.

Selected suppliers will be added to the Family Bank approved suppliers panel for relevant categories and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement opportunities during the 2026-2027 period.

Legally registered Kenyan firm. KRA tax compliance certificate. NSSF, NHIF compliance. Business permit. AGPO certificate where applicable. Demonstrated track record in the relevant category. Audited financial statements where required. Reference letters from past clients.

Family Bank prequalification panel evaluation: mandatory documentation completeness, category-specific eligibility, financial standing, references. Suppliers meeting the threshold are added to the approved panel.
