The Project Management Unit of Madagascar's PAAEP (Projet d'Amélioration de l'Accès à l'Eau Potable) is inviting bids for the supply of pipes for promotional connections. The procurement is financed through an IDA credit and grant to the Government of Madagascar and follows the World Bank's national competitive procurement rules under its Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers, 7th edition, September 2025.
