Fourniture de trois (03) motos tout terrain pour les Départements Eau-Energie-Carrière de la commune Butihinda ciblée (01), pour AHAMR (01) et CPEA Province Buhumuza (01)

This notice concerns a request for quotations under Burundi's PAEPA AMAZI IWACU water and sanitation access project, financed by a World Bank IDA grant of 80 million US dollars plus a counterpart fund of 10 million US dollars equivalent in Burundian francs. The purchase is for three all terrain motorcycles intended for the Water, Energy and Quarry departments of Butihinda commune, for AHAMR, and for the CPEA of Buhumuza Province. The procurement follows national competitive procedures under the World Bank's Investment Project Financing regulations dated September 2025 and is open to bidders from eligible countries. Interested and eligible bidders can obtain the request for quotations documents and further information from the PAEPA AMAZI IWACU project management unit in Bujumbura. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the project address before the closing time and will be opened shortly afterward in the presence of the buyer's representatives. A bid security of one million two hundred thousand Burundian francs, or its equivalent in convertible currency, must accompany each offer. The notice also allows, at the supplier's request, for the import related portion of the contract to be paid directly in foreign currency against a repayment guarantee of equal value.
