Official Title

IUCN ESARO - Regional Multimedia Production LTA

Overview

IUCN ESARO is establishing a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of multimedia production services across its programme countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. Under the LTA, IUCN ESARO will issue work orders for video, photography, podcast, infographic and motion graphics production as needed across countries including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Mozambique, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and others.

Scope of Work

Production of videos (short documentaries, social media clips, donor reporting videos, training videos). Photography (event coverage, project documentation, portrait, landscape). Podcast production where requested. Motion graphics and animation. Graphic design and infographics. On-location production across the ESARO region. Post-production and delivery in agreed formats. Maintenance of a media library for IUCN ESARO use.

Requirements & Qualifications

Multimedia production firm with demonstrated capability across video, photography and graphic design. Existing presence or proven ability to deliver across multiple Eastern and Southern African countries. Strong portfolio in conservation, environment, development or NGO sectors preferred. Equipment and technical capacity to deliver broadcast-quality outputs. English required. IUCN Declaration of Undertaking.

Evaluation Criteria

IUCN standard LTA evaluation: mandatory compliance, technical evaluation (portfolio review, team, equipment, regional capacity, sample rate card), financial evaluation against indicative work order pricing. Award to highest combined score firm(s); IUCN may award to one or multiple firms.
