Overview

IUCN Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO) is procuring travel management services through a Long Term Agreement covering the IUCN ESARO region. IUCN ESARO has substantial regional travel needs supporting programme implementation, technical missions, donor engagement and meetings across Eastern and Southern Africa. The TMC will provide flight, hotel, ground transport and visa support services to IUCN staff, consultants and participants. The framework agreement is for up to 5 years and is valued above CHF 100,000 in fees.

Scope of Work

Flight booking and ticketing including complex multi-leg African itineraries. Hotel reservations. Ground transport bookings.
