Overview
The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), the principal revenue collection agency for the Government of Kenya, is procuring the renewal of its SAP Enterprise Support Licenses and SAP Learning Hub subscription for a period of two years. KRA runs SAP ERP as a core operating system supporting tax administration, finance, HR and procurement. The renewal ensures continued vendor support, updates, security patches and access to SAP knowledge resources for the KRA workforce. This is an open national tender under the Kenya Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015.
Scope of Work
Renewal of SAP Enterprise Support Licenses for the KRA SAP environment per the existing licence inventory and modules in scope. Renewal of SAP Learning Hub subscription for KRA staff. Provision of access codes, licence keys and account configuration. Support during renewal transition. Post-renewal account management.
Requirements & Qualifications
SAP authorised partner or reseller able to issue SAP licences and Learning Hub subscriptions to a Kenyan public agency. Compliance with KRA tender document requirements (statutory documents, tax compliance, AGPO certificate where applicable). Bid security per tender document.
Evaluation Criteria
Preliminary mandatory check, technical compliance with the renewal scope, financial evaluation. Award to lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
