Overview
The County Assembly of Lamu, the legislative arm of Lamu County Government, is procuring construction of car parking sheds at the Assembly premises. This is a small works contract for shaded parking infrastructure.
Scope of Work
Construction of car parking sheds per the architectural and structural drawings: foundations, columns, roofing structure, roofing material and surface finish to the parking area. Site preparation and clearance.

NCA-registered Kenyan contractor of appropriate class. Statutory compliance documents. Bid security per tender document.
