L'objectif global de la mission est de recruter un cabinet de formation spécialisé et accrédité pour dispenser une formation certifiante couvrant les fondamentaux des technologies de l'information, des réseaux informatiques et de la cybersécurité à travers les modules CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ et CompTIA Security+. Cette formation est destinée au personnel de la Direction Générale de l'Économie Numérique (DGEN) du Ministère des Finances, du Budget et de l'Économie Numérique (MFBEN), ainsi qu'au personnel de la Direction des Technologies de l'Information (DTI). Le cabinet devra être un Partenaire Académique CompTIA ou être autorisé par CompTIA à dispenser ces formations et à préparer les candidats aux examens de certification, afin de garantir la conformité des contenus pédagogiques et des méthodes de formation aux standards internationaux.
Requirements & Qualifications
La présente mission sera exécutée par un cabinet de formation agréé, reconnu au niveau international pour son expertise dans le développement des compétences techniques en infrastructures informatiques et cybersécurité. Le cabinet devra répondre aux exigences suivantes : - Justifier d’au moins dix (10) ans d’expérience dans la conduite de formations certifiantes en technologies de l’information et cybersécurité ; - Présenter au moins cinq (5) références pertinentes attestant de la réalisation de missions similaires dans la formation technique en administration des systèmes, réseaux et sécurité informatique au cours des trois (3) dernières années ; - Fournir des preuves d’accréditation officielles (contrats, certificats, lettres de partenariat, etc.) émises par CompTIA, attestant que le cabinet est habilité à dispenser les formations et à faire passer les certifications CompTIA A+, Network+ et Security+ ; - Fournir un lien vers son site Internet officiel, permettant de vérifier ses activités, ses références et son statut institutionnel. Les consultants peuvent s’associer à d’autres firmes pour renforcer leurs compétences, mais ils doivent indiquer clairement si l’association prend la forme d’un groupement solidaire (joint-venture) et / ou d’un accord de sous-traitant. Dans le cas d'un groupement solidaire (joint-venture), tous les partenaires du groupement solidaire (joint-venture) seront conjointement et solidairement responsables de la totalité du contrat, s’ils sont sélectionnés.
