Overview

The goods are to be delivered within a maximum of 120 Calendar days from the date of Contract signature/effectiveness. The goods are to be delivered to the National Medical Supplies Agency (NMSA) Medical Stores, New England Ville, Freetown, Sierra Leone. No margin of preference is applicable. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 20% and for Bid cost: 80%.

Requirements & Qualifications

The Integrated Health Projects Administration Unit of the Ministry of Health now invites bids from eligible Bidders with experience in supplying Medical Equipment. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration, Business Registration Certificate, Valid National Social Security Insurance Certificate or applicable equivalent, Valid National Revenue Tax Clearance Certificate (with business registered TIN number), the last three years audited Financial Statements, documentary evidence of experience in supplying medical equipment and/or similar goods in accordance with the qualification requirements in Section III. All International registered firms shall not be required to submit the below required documents. International firms must submit applicable document in their country of registration. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate (with business registered TIN number). A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
