Procurement of One (1) New Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and One (1) AC EVSE
UNDP is buying one new battery electric vehicle together with one AC charging unit of the EVSE type, with Zambia given as the country of supply. Both items sit inside a single requirement, so a supplier responding would be covering the vehicle and the charging equipment rather than either on its own. Beyond the count of one unit for each item, the material carries no technical detail: nothing on vehicle class, battery capacity, charging standard, connector type, installation or commissioning of the charger, delivery point inside Zambia, contract length, or the basis on which offers will be assessed. What the notice does not say is anything about specification, delivery location, duration or evaluation.
Overview
The United Nations Development Programme is the issuing body for this requirement, which covers a single new battery electric vehicle and a single AC charging unit of the EVSE type. Supply is sought in Zambia.
