Procurement of SSL Certificate/s

The National Youth Development Agency is looking for a supplier of SSL certificates, a requirement filed as a service on South Africa's national e-tenders listing. Beyond the title and the service classification, the published material carries almost nothing: it does not say how many certificates are needed, which validation types are specified, how long they must remain valid, or what they will be installed on.
