Interested eligible bidders may obtain information, inspect and collect the bidding documents from the Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) Head Office, Ground Floor, Corner John Mbita/ Nationalist Roads. Procurement and Supplies Unit. Sealed bids clearly marked “TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THREE (NO.3) 4X4 DOUBLE CAB MOTOR VEHICLES FOR ZAMBIA STATISTICS AGENCY, REF: ZM-ZAMSTATS-554307-GO-RFB” must be deposited in the tender box situated at Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) Head Office, Ground Floor, Corner John Mbita/ Nationalist Roads, LUSAKA on or before Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration.” Attention is drawn to the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. Bidding will be conducted through Open National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020 and September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
