Réaménagement de quelques centres d'examens de permis de conduire

The Agence Routière in Madagascar is inviting bids for works to refurbish several driving licence examination centres, financed under the Projet de Développement Durable du secteur Routier à Madagascar through World Bank IDA Credit No. 6952-MG. The works are split into three lots: renovation of the examination centre of the Agence des Transports Terrestres at Soarano, construction of a cyclone-resistant shelter for exam candidates at the Agence des Transports Terrestres centre in Toamasina, and improvement of the Agence des Transports Terrestres centre in Mahajanga. The procedure follows international competitive bidding under the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers, fifth edition, September 2023, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined therein. Bidding documents in French can be obtained from the Agence Routière, and bids must be submitted physically, as electronic submission is not permitted. Bids must include a bid security declaration, and qualification criteria are set out in Section III of the bidding documents. Interested and eligible bidders can request documents and review them at the Agence Routière offices during business hours. This notice concerns three separate works lots in three different Malagasy cities related to driving test infrastructure.
