RFQ-020/26 - ICT Equipment

UNDP has issued a request for quotation for ICT equipment, published through UNGM and recorded against Sierra Leone. The material supplied consists of the headline fields only: it names a category of goods and a country, and nothing further. It does not identify the items, models, quantities or technical specifications, so neither the size nor the shape of the requirement can be judged from it. It says nothing about where within the country the goods would go, how long delivery would take, or how quotations would be assessed. Nor does it state what a supplier must submit beyond a quotation, or what registration, eligibility or prior experience a bidder would need to show. A supplier would have to obtain the full tender document from the issuing body before deciding whether a response is worth preparing.
