Proposed Construction of Surveyors Office Block in Ruiru Constituency

Ruiru Constituency, through the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NGCDF), is procuring construction of a Surveyors Office Block in Ruiru Constituency. NGCDF funds local development projects at constituency level under the National Government CDF Act. The contract is open to NCA-registered Kenyan contractors.

Construction of a single/multi-storey office block per architectural and structural drawings in the bidding document. Foundation, walling, roofing, finishes, electrical, plumbing and external works. Site preparation and clearance. Quality control, supervision and handover. Defects liability period.

NCA-registered Kenyan contractor of appropriate class for the building works value. Statutory compliance (CR12, KRA, NSSF, NHIF, NCA, AGPO where applicable). Bid security per tender document. References for similar building projects.

Preliminary mandatory compliance, technical evaluation (NCA class, references, methodology, work plan), financial evaluation. Award to lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
