Consultancy Services:
Provision of professional engineering services for the design and supervision of the R52 upgrade (Section 3).

Work Phases:
- Topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations.
- Detailed geometric and pavement design.
- Preparation of construction tender documents.
- Full-time site supervision during the 24-month construction phase.
Requirements & Qualifications
Compliance Requirements:
- Must be a SANRAL pre-qualified firm (Grade 7CE or higher).
- B-BBEE Status: Minimum Level 1 or 2 contributor required.
- Professional Indemnity: Minimum cover of R20 million.
- Team must include a registered ECSA Professional Engineer.
